Upload Data

Using this page you can upload the CSV file you should have downloaded from the website.

To do this do the following:

1. Make sure all the data is filled in on the Excel sheet and that it is saved in the CSV format.
2. Enter the date of the PFT in the "PFT Date" text box.
3. Select the CSV file you want to upload from your hard drive to the server by clicking the "Browse" button.
4. Click the "Submit" button.
