Keeping track of changes made to the database is a vital step in troubleshooting, should the need arise. This section is broken into two segments, adding/viewing the update log and viewing the mailbox list.

Adding/Viewing the Update Log

This section will go over how to modify and view the update log.

Getting Ready to Modify

  1. Log in to the CGCC database area.
  2. Scroll down to the Comm Options area.
  3. Follow instructions below for the type of response you want.

Adding to the Update Log

  1. Click on the “Add An Update to The Update Log” link.
  2. Type the update you would like to log in the “Update” field.
  3. When you are ready to add the quotation, click the “Submit” button.

Viewing the Update Log

  1. Click on the “View Update Log” link. (The log displayed is for the current semester only).
  2. To view logs from previous semesters, click on the link for the appropriate semester.
