Set User Access

This page will go over how to setup user access.

1. Click on the “Set User Access” link.
2. Select an AS year from the drop down menu.
3. Click on the “Submit Query” button.
4. Click on the name of the user for whom you want to set database access.
5. From the various options, choose the database(s) that the user can access. (Only choose “Commander” if they are the commander for that particular database).
6. Click on the “Submit” button.

NOTE: If you are adding a cadre member, you need to enter the cadre's name and mark them as a commander of that particular database login since the system does not know to do it automatically.
