Prepare for Next Semester

ALERT: Only run this function at the end of the semester. There is no going back after the button is pushed.

The prepare for next semester script will determine the proper up and coming semester and set that. It will also advance people to the next AS year if necessary. It will also delete all the color shifts and parking shift signups. Also, it will clear all the flights and groups.

If you are sure you want to do this follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to the CGCC database area.
  2. Under Semester Options click “Prepare for Next Semester.”
  3. Click “Begin The Process.” (Make sure you mean to do this. There is no confirmation).
