Memo Archive For Each Cadet

This function allows the CVA, CWCV, COC and the PAS to view memos that cadets have submitted over the course of their AFROTC careers. To use this function follow these steps:

1. From the appropriate database home page under the "General Memo Access" or "Memos" heading, click the "Memo Archive For Each Cadet" link.
2. The next page that comes up presents you with a drop down menu for AS years. Select the AS year of the cadet for whom you would like to view past memos.
3. Click the "Submit Query" button.
4. The next page that comes up presents you with a list of cadets' names. Click on the name of the cadet for whom you would like to view past memos.
5. The next page that comes up provides a table all of memos submitted by the cadet. The table provides you the following information: the semester in which the memo was submitted, the date the memo was submitted, the name of the cadet, the event for which the memo was submitted, and a link to view each of the memos. To view a particular memo, simply click on the blue "View Memo" link.
