The system allows for easy manipulation of the navigation presented on the left side of the website.

Adding/Editing/Deleting Navigation
This section will go over how to add, edit, delete main and sub navigation options.
Necessary Parts
- Computer with access to detachment website
Main Navigation: Adding
- Log in to the CGCC database area.
- Scroll down to the “Page Management” section.
- Select “Manage Navigation.”
- Once you enter the “Manage Navigation” section the screen should look something like this:
- To add a main navigation, select “add a main navigation” at the top.
- Once in this section it will give you the option to title the link.
- If you want sub-navigation options leave the link box blank. If you do not want sub-navigation fill in the box with a link.
- If this page can be seen by any person outside of ROTC then select “No” next to private; however, if the information is for cadets and cadre only select “yes.” (Caution: all public information must be approved by AFROTC headquarters at Maxwell AFB).
- Push “submit” and it will create the main navigation.
Editing Main Navigation
If you wish to edit the navigation link select the edit option. The page presented is very similar to adding a navigation option except information is already filled in. Make necessary changes and press submit.
Sub Navigation: Adding
- To add a sub navigation select the “add sub opt” next to the area where you want this sub option to appear.
- As with the main navigation you will be prompted with the following options:
- Follow the instructions for adding main navigation except this time you can also make a link available to POC only.
- To complete hit “submit.”
Editing Sub Navigation
If you wish to edit the navigation link select the edit option. The page presented is very similar to adding a navigation option except information is already filled in. Make necessary changes and press submit.
