Get PFT Excel Sheet

This page provides you with a link where you can download a pre-made excel spreadsheet (in comma delimited format) to which you need to enter all the PFT data. By clicking the "Download The Sheet" link, you will download the .csv of the data. You must leave the sheet in this format. Excel may throw up some warnings, just keep saying yes and make sure it stays as a csv. Once the sheet is filled out and the data is saved, press the "Upload It!" link.
