Flight Notices

Flight notices appear above the announcements only for members of that flight. Flight commanders are the only ones that can post, edit, and delete them.

Posting a Flight Notice

1. Log into Flight Commander database area.
2. Select “Post a Flight Notice.”
3. Fill in title and body of message. The shorter the message the more likely people are to read it.
   

   
4. When you are done filling in the text boxes for your message, click the "Submit" button to post the notice on the front page of the cadet website.

Edit a Flight Notice

1. Log into the Flight Commander database area.
2. Select “Edit/Delete a Flight Notice.” This will draw up a list of all notices currently on display to your flight.
3. Click the "Edit" button for a particular notice to correct or modify the message.
   

   
4. Type the information you what to add/modify into the text boxes.
5. Click the "Submit" button to post the modified notice on the front page of the cadet website.

Delete a Flight Notice

1. Log into the Flight Commander database area.
2. Select “Edit/Delete a Flight Notice.” This will draw up a list of all notices currently on display to your flight.
3. Click the "Delete" button for a particular notice to permanently delete the message. Note that you must delete notices when the time for their content being pertinent has passed. Messages will not auto-delete.
