Edit or Delete a Page

The advantage to edit/delete a page is the flexibility and ease maintaining pages without knowing detailed coding. This section will cover how to edit/delete a page that has already been created.

Necessary Parts

  • Computer with access to detachment website
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word

Editing/Deleting a Page and Adding Content

  1. Log in to the CGCC database area.
  2. Scroll down to the Page Management area.
  3. Click “Edit/Delete A Page.”
  4. A list of pages that have been created will be listed. Depending on what you want to do follow the following instructions.

Edit a Page

  1. Click on the “Edit” option next to the desired page.
  2. The page that was previously created will appear in a Microsoft Word template. More information: Create a New Page
  3. Make any necessary changes to the page. Here you are able to add or delete content. For how to add/edit content see the directions in adding a page above.
  4. Push the “submit” button at the bottom of the page to save changes.

Delete a Page

  1. Click on the “Delete” option.
