Do Initial Feedback

Here flight commanders can do their initial feedbacks for their flight en mass (as in the entire flight). You need to fill in your expectations for each area in the comments area; no rankings will be filled in at this time. Note: This will not counsel your deputy, you must do that via the "normal" method. For "normal" method see Feedbacks. When you are done filling in your expectations in the comments area, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
