Datadownload software setup

The first time you run DataDownload it will ask you for an administrator password. Remember this password, as it will be the only way to change settings in DataDownload.

Once DataDownload has started, click the "Configuration" tab:

This displays your current settings. Click "Change Settings" to change the settings. It will ask for your password.

MySQL Server: The domain name or IP address for your server. E.G. your.server.com

MySQL User: The MySQL username for the server. (mysqluser)

MySQL Password: The Password for the MySQL username.

MySQL Database: The name of the MySQL database (afcadets)

MySQL Barcode Data Table: The name of the Data Table (barcodedata)

Admin Password: The password to change these settings.

Then click "Save Settings". Return to the Download Data tab and make sure it is either "Connected" or if disconnected click the "Reconnect to MySQL" button. If this does not work, double check your settings.
