Colors Shift Configuration

This section of the D&C database front page allows you to enter how many colors shifts each AS year is required to do during the course of a semester. It also allows you to select how many of each type of cadet (GMC or POC) of which you want the shifts to be comprised.

To do this follow the following steps:

  1. Enter the number of shifts you want each AS year to do in the text boxes provided.
  2. Enter the number of POC and GMC cadets you want on each shift in the text boxes provided.
  3. Enter the date you want to allow cadets to start signing up for parking shifts on the website in the "Date to start allowing signups" text box. Enter the date in the following format: Year-Month-Day (ex. August 28th, 2007 would be entered as 2007-08-28). See the picture below for reference.
  4. Press the "Submit" button to save the information you have entered.
