Change Counseling Levels

This section will go over how to set levels of counseling based on the number of infractions by year of cadet.

Changing Counseling Levels

1. Log in to CGCC database area.
2. Scroll to Project Knodberg section.
3. Select “Change Counseling Levels.”
4. This page is divided by required events: PT and LLAB/Flight meetings.
5. In each section it is divided into GMC or POC. This distinction allows you to set different consequences for GMC and POC.
6. Levels of counseling are numbered with the amount of times an infraction has been made. For example, if a GMC misses PT for the first time they will not be counseled but they will be counseled by their Flight commander if they miss a second time.
7. Select “Add Row” if you want to add another level of counseling.
8. Once the row is added there is a drop down menu that allows you to select the level of counseling needed for that number of infractions.
9. Select “Delete Row” if you want to eliminate a level of counseling. (Caution: This will automatically delete the last level without prompting you to approve it).
10. Finally for any changes made to be permanent you must scroll down to the end of the page and hit “Update.”
