Change Cadets' AS Year & Doubleup

Making sure a cadet’s AS year and doubleup status is correct is important and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Log into the OGCC database area.
2. Under the "Cadet Options" heading, click the "Change Cadets' AS Year & Doubleup" link.
3. On the page that follows, you can see how many of cadets are in each AS Year.
   

   
4. Using the drop down menu box next to each cadet's name, select the appropriate AS year. For AS 250 cadets (cadets who are doubling up and doing their AS 100 and AS 200 classes in the same year) you can check the "DBL" box next to their name.
5. When you are finished making changes, press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to save your work.
