Viewing Data From The Backup Attendance Sheet

In order to have accountability the website presents flight commanders, squadron commanders, the ops group commander, the COC, and comm. group the ability to view who has been scanned off the paper sheet and when.

Viewing the Cadets

1. Log onto the Detachment website.
2. From main page, click on the Database Login link found at the top right corner of the web page. (Note: If you are presented with multiple options select either flight____, squadron_, cgcc, ogcc, or coc).
3. For the comm. group page under the Project Knodberg heading, click on the Backup Scan sheet Data link. For all other users click on Backup Scan Sheet Data under the attendance header.
4. This page shows you which cadets have been signed-in using the Backup Scan Data Sheet, which dates and how many times.
5. To exit, click on the Back to your database home page link.
