Army PT Cadets

Cadets enrolled in Army PT can be excused from Air Force PT. This system makes it so they receive N/A for all Air Force PT events at which they are not present. Another thing this system can be used for is people on medical profile. Simply add the person to the list for the duration of their profile and then take them off when they are fit to return to PT again.

To manage the Army PT cadets list do the following:

1. Log in to the OGCC database area.
2. Under the "Cadet Options" heading click the “Army PT Cadets” link.
3. On the following page, click the checkbox next to cadets who need to be excused from PT.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Add the Cool People” button to save these changes.
