Approve ROTC Hours

To approve ROTC hours for flight points follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Approving ROTC Hours” link on the Awards and Decs Database front page. The page that comes up will allow you to view the flight points submitted by GMC cadets. Hours are presented as well as the cadets that submitted them. Based off of the type of hours submitted (warrior or honor) and the comments provided by the cadets, you can approve or disapprove hours.
  2. Click the "Approve" or "Disapprove" buttons to handle hours. Approved hours count towards flight points. Disapproved hours are deleted.
