This page shows you a talbe of all the disciplinary counselings that have been logged during the course of the current semester. The table includes the name of the person who was counseled, the date of the counseling, the time when the counseling was logged, the name of the counselor, the reason for the counseling, and a comments section. To view the comments made by the counselor for a particular counseling, click the "Comments" link for the counseling for which you would like to view comments.
