All Counselings For A Cadet

Using this function you can view all the counselings logged on a cadet. Note that based on your position in the wing, you will only be able to see counselings for certain cadets (i.e. flight commanders can only see counselings for the cadets in their flights, squadron commanders can only see counselings for the cadets in their squadrons, etc.). Group commanders do not have this option in their database. The only persons who can see counselings logged by a cadre member are people with access to the Cadre, COC, or PAS databases.

To view all the counselings done on a cadet, use the following steps:

1. Log into your database area.
2. Under the "Counselings" heading click the link labeled “All Counselings For A Cadet.”
3. You will then be asked to select an AS year from a drop down list. Select the AS year of the cadet for whom you would like to view counselings and click the "Submit Query" button.
4. On the next page that comes up, click the name of the cadet whose counselings you wish to view.
5. You will then be presented with a screen showing all the counselings logged for that cadet.
