Add An Event

Follow these steps to add an event, such as a Flight Meeting, LLAB, or PT session:

1. Fill in the check boxes and text boxes with the desired information. For PT sessions, do not enter any objectives; number 33 will be auto-selected once you click the "Submit" button. Also, if you do not know a time for an event, leave it blank. The calendar will show the event but no time will be displayed. Once you know the time you may edit the event using the Edit or Delete an Event page.
2. The presence of the "Event Type" radio buttons allows you to assign a category to the event while giving you the freedom to assign any name to the event. You may create additional event types under the Add An Event Type page.
3. Ensure that you check off all appropriate objectives for the desired event.
4. When you are finished entering all the known information, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Submit" button.
