Add A Quiz

To add a quiz follow these steps:

1. Go to the Mentorship database area.
2. Under the "Quiz Management" heading, click the "Add A Quiz" link.
3. You should be presented with a screen that looks like this:
   

   
4. Fill out the form and then click the "Submit" button. Be sure to input the date in the YYYY-MM-DD format. Note that you will not be able to add more questions to a quiz later. If you decided that a quiz needs to have more questions on it later, you will have to delete the quiz and start over. So, that being said, have an idea of how many of each type of question you want to have on a quiz before creating it on the website. Pre-making the quiz in MS Word so that you know exactly how many of each type of question will be on it is strongly encouraged. Pre-making the quiz in MS Word will also allow you to copy and paste the questions and the answer key into the respective text boxes when you are writing the quiz in the next step.
5. On the next page you will be able to write all the questions and options.
6. Fill in all the questions and click the "Submit" button.
